Leftover mashed potato seafood chowder

This soup is quick and easy, and a way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. Add garlic to some chicken stock, mashed potatoes, a splash of milk, dried dill or any other herb of your choice, frozen corn, and frozen shrimps. You could use any kind of seafood or canned clams. I garnished the soup with some fresh grated Parmesan  and a shake of cayenne pepper.

It took ten minutes to cook. Perfect for a quick lunch when I'm home alone.
