Mmm, comfort food. I ate one of these babies and I was full until lunch. I had no regrets. I used Garett's Cheddar and Jalapeno Biscuit recipe, minus the jalepeno. These are hearty biscuits, packed with cheese, not too salty or too buttery. Perfect! They were tasty without anything added. Next time however, I might make them a little smaller.
