Recipe: Lambchops With Garlic and Rosemary

Some people dislike the taste of lamb but I love it. There are ways to reduce the gaminess of it: parboiling the meat helps, so does pairing it with something that also has a strong taste. I used a generous amount of garlic with these lamb chops. YUM. 


Lambchops with Garlic and Rosemary

For each Lamb Chop:
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
Rub the lamb chops with the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. You can either grill these or pan roast them, turning a few minutes on each side until they are as done as you prefer. Sometimes simple things are the best. Lambchops? EASY!
